2025 Restorative Justice Conference

These trainings have received U.S. Department of Justice Conference Approval.
Alaska Tribal Justice Resource Center is hosting a Tribal Restorative Justice Conference! This three-day conference will be held February 18-20, 2025 and feature the following:
- This conference will enhance restorative justice practices for attendees including Alaska Tribal Court Staff, Village Public Safety Officers, Tribal Police Officers, etc.
- The event will offer training for Alaska Tribes regarding alternative sentencing that includes cultural practices.
- This BJA-sponsored event will develop the capacity of Alaska’s Tribal Court staff with culturally appropriate, Alaska specific training that will promote safety and justice in tribal communities.
Who Should Attend:
Tribal court staff, Village Public Safety Officers, Tribal Police Officers and anyone who works with tribal court in some capacity.

Wednesday, February 19th, 2025: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday, February 20th, 2025: 9:00am – 4:00pm
